Unpublish software update...

We are using Eminentware to publish updates into SCCM 2007.  I have published Java Runtime Environment 6u31 (x86) and would like to remove that from showing up in my Search Folder created for 3rd party updates such as this one.  Please advise if there is a way to accomplish this.

I have already tried to delete the content and after that I deleted the update within the Eminentware console.  This, of course, did nothing to remove it from showing up in SCCM.  I assume since SCCM uses WSUS that the update is somehow published to WSUS and may need to manually be removed from there but before I go digging and getting myself into trouble I thought to post here first!

Thanks in advance for any advice.
