Patch Manager v1.73 - Service Release link broke

Is anyone else having this issue? Does this have something to do with the site maintenance due today?

Clicking download link I get an Oops page.

    There seems to be a temporary issue with the SolarWinds customer portal. In the meantime you can still access this content via the following steps.

    1. Click the license management tab on the left hand side.

    2. Click Choose Download for Patch Manager.

    3. Select Patch Manager Upgrade Download (58757 KB)
