I changed my password today and afterwards this is what i get when i try to get into the Eminetware server or console, has anyone seen this?

Yes, you need to select the credential(s) that you changed today in the EminentWare Console under the EminentWare System Configuration\Security and User Management and chang the password to match what you changed in AD.
