Currently the File Version with Registry Value rule requires input in the 'Path' text field and anything entered gets appended to the data read from the registry value specified. While building packages I have found that often the full path including executable name is contained within a registry value and is the only value available. The way this rule currently functions I cannot use this data which is often the most consistent way to do applicability checks.
