NTM Inventory Export

I am new to community so apologies if this has been asked before.

I am looking at NTM but I have two very important requirements and that is to create an export of discovery detailing:

Model

Device uptime

OS level

Does NTM allow you get this information as standard or does this require custom reports?

If custom is this fairy straight forward or is this require allot of tweaking?

Just trying to get a feel for this before committing to PO.

NTM uses your existing inventory. So theoretically you should be able to pull the report from NPM using the report writer. If there are 'unknowns' on your network I believe it shows the IP. But I would argue barring endpoint PCs all infra devices should at least have ping up/down ICMP monitoring configured.
