Incorrect links showing within map

Hi,

I'm running an eval of NTM and love how easy it is to use, the only issue i have so far is that some interfaces are showing up where they are not connected or being missed out.

Example:

We have a switch connected to two routers with the below configuration.

Sw1 -> RTR1 port Gi0/24 -> Gi0/1 (with sub interfaces .10 and .800)

Sw1 -> RTR2 port Gi0/23 -> Fa0

we get the below links showing up

Sw1 -> RTR1

Unknown port channel

Gi0/24 -> Gi0/1

Gi0/24 -> Gi0/1.10

Gi0/23 -> unknown  // This port connects to RTR2 and is also mapped //

Sw1 -> RTR2

Gi0/23 - F0

Missing links

Sw1 -> RTR1

Gi0/24 -> Gi0/1.800

My questions are:

1. How can i remove the unknown port channel?

2. How can i remove the incorrect link between RTR1 and SW1?

3. Why is it creating links where non exist if its using CDP?
