Engineer Toolset - SNMP Set Tool

I am working on integrating NTM and the Engineer Toolset. I have a number radio tower sites that I need to issue sets for specific OID's. This would allow our NOC to set/clear alarms and reset control units. Has anyone created a tool to issue SNMP sets?

The SNMP MIB Browser within Engineer Toolset can do SNMP sets. Quick screenshot here:
