Warning: it appears CBQoS reports timeout due to inferior database indexing and a SQL cross product construct?

The title says it all.  It now takes hours to run SolarWinds pre-defined CBQoS reports now that we over 1,000 interfaces with CBQoS policies applied apparently due to inferior database indexing and a SQL cross product construct.
