Simple Question: Configured 10 interface to pass Netflow but only got 8 on NTA. How to fix?

Hi, I got a problem with NTA. The device is Cisco 7606-S running on IOS 12.2(33)SRC6. I added Netflow to 10 interfaces but only can poll Netflow from 8 via NTA. I double checked and triple checked on the device console and am positive that the configurations are correct. I also manually added the 2 missing nodes into NTA but still unable to get Netflow data from them.

 

Any workarounds? Thanks!
