Problems with the configuration NTA Solarwinds

Recently I installed the Orion NPM with NTA Solarwinds, and I am testing it along the Manage Engine Netflow. I notice that the NTA in the TOP 5 Conversations of the WAN it seems to be like they only show the broadcast conversations that are located in the LAN, rager than the Managen Engine that really shows the conversations that is traversin the WAN link. That i Miis something to configure in thge NTA o Router?

The configurations in my Router Cisco 2800 Branch Office is (Where is monitored by Solarwinds):

ip flow-cache timeout active 1

ip flow-export source Loopback0

ip flow-export version 9

ip flow-export destination xx.xx.xx.xx 9996

!

interface Serial0/0/1

bandwidth 1024

ip flow ingress

ip flow egress

ip address xx.xx.xx.xx

ip route-cache flow

no ip mroute-cache

end

The configurations in my Router Cisco ASR1006 HQ Office is (Where is monitored by ManageEngine):

ip flow-export source Loopback0

ip flow-export version 9

ip flow-export destination xx.xx.xx.xx 9996

!

interface GigabitEthernet0/2/1.24

bandwidth 1024

Usually NTA listens for NetFlow on port 2055 rather than 9996. Also, you shouldn't need "ip route-cache flow" on the interface with any reasonably recent code.

i will try changing the port...

Correcting that port should be the problem.  If you are using 9996 for all your devices, a quicker test would be to go to NetFlow settings --> NetFlow Collector Services --> and you can edit the port to 9996 if that is your desired port to use.
