I'm attempting to perform capacity planning. Since NTA can't support business hours only reporting, I'm forced to sample specific days and specify start time and end time. **However, the start time entered is ignored by NTA and 12AM is used instead. The end time entered is honored by NTA, but the start time is ignored. Is this a known bug?
Is there a way around? otherwise, I can't really use NTA for capacity planning. Including non-business hours averages everything down and the numbers are useless.
