Net flow version issue

I have configured Cisco catalyst 6509 switch for net flow and i have check net flow working fine and i am able to see the packet on my switch.

But the problem is that i have configured the net flow version 5 on switch,But i have installed Orion Net flow Traffic Analyzer version 9 does it impact or not ?

I appreciate your help.

Solarwinds NTA automatically recognizes NetFlow v5 and v9, so I don't understand what you mean when you say that you've installed NTA version 9.
