sort this out please... it was highlighted as a flaw on thwack by someone
else in 2011, but you STILL cannot stop the stupid flow navigator appearing,
thus enabling all the views you have disabled at an account level.
this is a ridiculous situation and you need to fix it...
i have logged a call about the fact that the account limitation on the flow
navigator is broken, so please use this as a step to fix the whole problem!
