After some digging to make sure I could upgrade from NTA 3.11 to 4.1 I realized I need the credentials for the SQL Server setup while installing the product. I think I had these anyhow but I wasn't sure. Luckily I found them also here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Solarwinds\Orion\SWNetPerfMon.db
Knowing this could be huge lifesaver for someone that can't remember or system setup by someone not around any longer. It apears in the file you could delete the non encrypted strings if you wanted to (for security reasons) but in the event you forgot your SQL Server Database username and password finding them here could save your you know what! o.O
