Flow Navigator is SLOW

While using flow navigator, browsing the dropdowns and waiting after clicking submit takes an especially long time in my environment. Everything else in Orion is pretty snappy, but using flow navigator is very slow. Is there any unique type of maintenance that we might be missing that causes it to be slow when everything seems good?

Can you tell me a little more about the environment? What version of NTA are you running?

We just upgraded to version 2020.2 HF1 a few weeks ago. I opened a case and it was suggested that are some known issues like this and NTA 2020.2.1 HF 1 will fix it. I wasn't planning on another upgrade so soon, so I have not tried it yet.

We resolved a number of performance issues in the service release for 2020.2; my recommendation is to upgrade. I believe you'll see this issues resolved. Contact me directly if these performance issue persist, and we'll get a support ticket open to take a look at them.
