CBQOS on a Multilink PPP

I am trying to gather quality of service info, so I set up netflow on more of my routers. One of them has a multilink interface which is not returning the CBQOS data. Does netflow not work the same way on multilink interfaces?

The types of service graph is showing up for this link, but I have a problem. CS0 is showing traffic which should be tagged as CS4 or AF41. Does this data come from the traffic as it is exiting the interface or as it enters the interface? The reason why I ask is that I tag traffic going out to a certain IP address as AF41, but it is a web application, so it would come in to the interface with the default 0.
