Blank screen for NTA Summary

I have installed NTA 4.0.1, but when I open it from the orion webconsole as an admin, I am taken to blank screen where nothing is being loaded and only the address bar is visible.

I am running this in firefox and I have made sure the NetFlow Service is running.  Even when I try to go manage views, under settings, and preview all the components, I still see a blank page.

Any suggestions?

We are seeing this randomly on all modules. My super is going to open a ticket with Customer Service for 'Blank Page on Load\Reload"
