Hello All,
views by device type is cool feature for NPM but not very usefull. If you have many unknown devices on your NPM or many devices have discoveres like net-snmp then you have some problem.because you want to get many different parameters via UnDP and want to show them on web console but you cant.
so I have two idea under one idea header,
first one is, you can change this feature like Views by Custom Properties
second one is, we can modify machine type of devices then there can be option like lock this value . then scheduled SNMP check operation do not update this value.
I hope this changes can solve our big problem.
