I can use Rich Text here and almost anywhere else in most applications but not in SolarWinds.
It would be really useful to be able to use RTF in the Device Name and other fields. You could colour code device names to help indicate which devices are critical and things like that so technicians can see at a glance rather than having to refer to a separate list or similar.
