Time Alert first triggered

I would like to have a parameter included that can be used in alerts to report on the time an event first occurred.

When a node goes down and an alert is triggered via e-mail it should be able to include when the node went down.

e.g. at 8:00PM a node named IT_Test_2 is detected as down. An alert is triggered at 8:01PM that informs such. The alert is set to repeat until the condition no longer occurs. Every subsequent alert e-mail should list that the node went down at 8:01PM instead of the time that the alert was triggered.
