After adding a node and it's associated interfaces, volumes, etc. to the database all other (non-selected) components should automatically added to the Ignore List based on the fact that it was not selected to be imported. Another option is to add a "select all new" button to the Scheduled Discovery Results page so all of the non-imported items may be added to the Ignore List in bulk.
