Re-use alert time-of-day schedules

When we set time-of-day schedules on alerts we are given the option to name them.  it would be nice if we could set up one schedule, name it, and then re-use it on multiple alerts.

As far as I can tell there is no way to do this.

  • This is definitely necessary. I'm not sure why this option doesn't exist for alerts as it does exist for reports. If you go to manage reports, there's a tab for "Schedule Manager". There should be the same option for alerts. When you go to manage alerts, there should be a tab for "Schedule Manager" as well.
