One of the terms used heavily in the industry is Best Practice. Even the most diligent among us can use an additional set of eyes.
I think a great service that Solarwinds could offer would be a periodic - maybe quarterly, annually, semi-annually - service to spend an hour or two working with a Solarwinds Engineer to review all aspects of you installation. Looking over configurations, suggesting tweaks, verifying that everything is working at peak efficiency, etc. We have that with other products, and of course it is at an additional cost - but that could be wrapped in the maintenance renewals. Priced right it would be easy to justify.
