Option to automatically add custom properties to discovery schedules

It would be cool to have the option of specifying Custom Properties per subnet for discovered nodes in the Network Sonar Wizard discovery schedules, to allow things like Country, Site, Department, type of equipment, etc. to be automatically added to new nodes when discovered.

I would like to see this in SAM too.  We have some many nodes come and go, I would like to have scheduled scans and then have specific fields like Region/City/Facility auto populated based on subnet.  I'd imagine this should be fairly easy to implement and would benefit most SolarWinds modules.
