On the node details of a switch, the port details give information on the ports that are up. The details (at least the description on the port, and the vlan info assigned) are needed, too. Because if a port is down, that information is needed to a technician. This is currently available to us in a completing vendor report, and we badly need it SolarWinds. It's understood some fields will not be available, like mac address (the port is down). The description and the vlan on the port should be viewable as they are programmed on the switch interface. If this were available in reports, we could use those. One way or the other we need a full report on the switch-- not just on the active ports Or the unused UDT ports. Both please!
