Update for Case #589895 - "NTA Resources on NOC View"

I did some research and looks like NTA resources are not yet compatible with NOC views so devs will need to look after.

I will contact developers ,internal ticket will be open for them .
This ticket will be archived and patch should be produced in upcoming versions of NTA but for now please try not use NTA resources with NOC view.
You'll get notification in web console about new release and in your customer portal.

Please provide support for NTA Resources in the new NOC view. Currently, all NTA charts fail to load within the NOC view, but load normally on regular summary pages.
