NPM NetScaler Info

Similar to the idea, it would be very nice to have more Citrix NetScaler info in NPM. The SNMP OID info is well documented for them: https://developer-docs.citrix.com/projects/netscaler-snmp-oid-reference/en/12.0/. It's really just a matter of displaying it well.

    A little surprised to see that SolarWinds isn't on top of this, I've been digging since I sat down at my desk this morning and have found threads on Thwack several years old where it's a crowd of us asking for this very thing.
