NPM - NOC View mode - combine all NOC views configured into one noc view

I second the comment above where the issue is handled at the display as opposed at the SW server. I've done this using Firefox and had the browser scroll through multiple views automatically.

Ya but how do you combine multiple preexisting views into a single NOC view without needing to recreate them from scratch? You should be able to move/cope/paste views/tabs between each other similar to tabs in an excel document.

any update on this? have I missed this feature being added...? to be able to combine all current NOC views would be awesome

Setting up a NOC view is fairly simply.  When you are in Manage Views, create a summary view, and add your resources.  At the bottom of the edit screen is a checkbox to Enable NOC View Mode.  Doing this will put an Enable NOC View option to your created view.  While in NOC View, no resources can be edited.

Choose your existing view and 'edit'

Check box 'Enable NOC View Mode'

we plan to place multiple LCD monitors up on the wall for NOC view- (surplus good screens after a recent upgrade)

we have a screen lock SW than enables select Apps to be visible

thus we wish to place multiple browser pages up so that we can see status etc

we use the screen lock as we don't want anyone to fiddle or change what is shown

is there a document for setting up NOC mode?

I agree with garrethcoleman, although the NOC view is nice and definitely a step in the right direction ... those of us that have already created our own individual NOC views and cycle through them using a browser plugin (tab slideshow for FireFox) will have to recreate all of the views as tabs in a NOC view in order to get the same functionality.  Ultimately, I probably will do this because but I would rather not.  It would be great if SW could improve the NOC View functionality to be able to utilize already created views.  Keep up the GREAT work!!

Thanks Garreth! In the interim, perhaps you could configure multiple NOC views and use a browser plugin (ex: Revolver) to cycle between them? A meta-NOC view of sorts.
