NOC View currently comes with TAB rotation but there may be circumstances where rotation is not required (temporarily or permanently) OR only some of the tabs need to be included in the rotation. A TAB might be excluded because it is still in draft or only required in some limited circumstances. Coupled with the ability to copy Left Tabs, which isn't currently available, I think this would make organising views much easier.
My suggestion is for
a) Rotation to be optional when enabling NOC and can be paused at any time.
b) Rotation can be permanently enabled/disabled for a given set of views while editing (might still permit temporarily allowing rotation while actually viewing)
c) Each Left TAB can be optionally excluded from a NOC view rotation
