NOC for NOC

I was working with the UX team recently, and I had a thought, how can we have a NOC view of our NOC views?   How about having a NOC view that allows you to see your NPM NOC, then over to SAM NOC view, then NTA, etc etc etc.  Yes you can create super NOC views with Orion, but if you already have some created, imagine how efficient it could be to have a way to add them to a General NOC that allow rotations so we want VMAN, NPM and SRM NOC.   BAM add in your existing NOC's and you have a usable rotation in seconds.
