More granular than 'Views by Device Type'

I'd really like to see Views by Device Type turn into something more like Views by Model.  Example:  If I have an APC UPS and an APC in-row cooler, i'd like to set up a different view for each, but they both come through as American Power Conversion, Inc so they both get the same page view.

  • Plus I like to see a some thing like a custom property for each node that can override the default view.

    So if the custom property is null it would use the default view for the device type.

    But if it had a value, this value would be the view that is used for the node.
