There is a field in the interface properties to "Display interface as unplugged rather than down." It would be nice to have a similar option for nodes as well. We have several conference room switches that are powered down at times (and a few mobile as-needed for spot usage).
We'd like to keep these in the in Orion and gather statistics on them when they're up but we don't want them to report as down if they are powered off.
