FEATURE REQUEST: Update Groups when account is restricted to Single or Multiple groups

We have a need for our customers to update groups in an effort to minimize management of the groups by our SolarWinds staff.  We have provided them with Node management rights but we've found that if we restrict their account to Single or Multiple groups that they can not see or search for any devices to add.  We've had to move the restriction to the view which unfortunately allows them to see all the groups on the server when they click Manage groups.  We'd like for them to be able to see and add any nodes on the Orion server when a restriction to single or multiple groups is in effect on their account.  We opened SW Case 714772 to request it as a feature but are posting here as well to garner support from the community.  Thanks for reading!  Hopefully, you can use this feature too.
