Enable GROUPS for Alert Scoping - Advanced Alerts

Currently you can not use groups in the scoping for your alert. The entire idea of grouping suggests that it should be universal in use for other aspects of the system.

Not limited to but specifically this is needed for Alerting purposes.

Please add this to the scoping of alerts

We also need a $group_membership variable that reports back to an alert what group the node is in.

Just spent most of the morning trying to get this to work. Its probably do-able with SQL but would be nice as the groups are all already created and dynamically populated.
