Dynamic page elements controlled from a single source

I would like to set filter values on multiple resources from a single widget that is populated from values in the database.

My use case:

I have a lot of small sites, 4-5 devices, that we want to monitor, I created a page(s) with several resources that I would like to control from a single widget.

The elements I currently include are:

Top XX Nodes by Current Response Time

Percent Utilization of All Interfaces

Current Traffic on All Interfaces

I then edit the widget and set a filter

"Custom Property" = 'Value', i.e.,  Facility_Code = 'TX123'

But I have to set filter on each resource individually.   It would be great to enable users that can't edit the view to select their site to monitor.
