Display link utilization on Network Atlas maps when a single end is monitored

Display link utilization on Network Atlas maps when a single end is monitored

Currently there's a limitation on link utilization display on Network Atlas as both ends of the link need to be monitored by Solarwinds.

In case Solarwinds monitors only one end of the link, the other end would be a carrier PE for instance on which we can't have SNMP read access, that would be great to have that feature available.

So we can have for example MPLS links utilization displayed on our maps.

thanks

I would really love to see this feature in the Network Atlas. We have tons of carrier connections coming in and out of our datacenters, this would make monitoring those links more feasible.  Not to mention if Cacti can accomplish this, I think SolarWinds should be able to handle this with relative ease.  Pretty please with sugar on top, SolarWinds Devs, can you make this a reality?  Thanks!

Ineed this feature is still on early stages, I mean there is cacti but wouldn't be nice to see your links going to the carrier's router and actually know their utilization? please add this to a feature network atlas release or at least give it as a hot fix

you need to vote for this one just to get the other one to work

This would be a very nice feature.

How is this still an open issue? The community has been asking for this for years. Does solarwinds NTM do this and that's why they won't implement it here?

This would be a great feature to have!  I could also use it for the connections between my switch and firewall that doesn't have MIBs for interface stats.  It would be a huge benefit for my WAN and ISP links, all of which I have on maps but am unable to show link utilization on the map for.
