While you can click deactivate on a polling engine in the web console, it will most likely fail if VNQM is installed in your environment. I have not seen where I can easily remove a web server from the web console either. In a multiple module and multiple polling engine and web server environment, this feature is non-existent. I have opened several tickets on manually removing engine ids and web servers from the SolarWinds database. Can this feature be improved for polling engines and implemented for web servers?
