Customize Alerts Page

Give the ability to customize the columns on the alerts page that shows all Triggered Alerts. For instance, I would like to remove the Alert Type column and add in an 'Acknowledged Notes' column so I can see why an alert was acknowledged at any given time.

I would love to have the ability to set standardized Acknowledgement Notes as well as a button that would trigger an alert action.
