Customer Portal - Training

I have staff I would like to see utilize some of the training available. But being limited to Standard which gives to much access, and contact which offers nothing, isn't helpful. I have found it a little irritating when someone comes up and asks questions about expiring licenses for example and just wanted to remind me.

There needs to be another level for taking advantage of training opportunities, but not necessarily going into other areas, where they really don't have any business being.
