Convert all ReportWriter Reports to Web Based reports

The time has come to have someone re-write all of the reportWriterbased reports to be web-based reports and simply retire them.

In my new position I don't have console access to the production servers, and so i can't update the exisiting report writer wireless reports to generate the information I need.

  •  you are right:  To get rid of a feature (an important one at that!) and not provide a Tool to convert to the new way is unacceptable! 

    We have hundreds of ReportWriter reports that have to be manually converted.  That is a LOT of work that should not have to be done!

    Also, the Web-based reports are not intuitive to create.  There is definitely a learning curve involved with creating web-based reports and hiow to effectively convert your ReportWriter reports to the equivalent web-based report.  So, not only do we have to manually do the conversion but it takes an expert to do it.
