Animated gifs on maps

I would like to see the ability to select whether or not you want to have a blinking status icon for an object within the network atlas maps. For example, on a global map with sites if you walk by a NOC you don't mind ignoring a NOC where all objects are up and have a green icon. But when an object goes into a warning or down state they should flash to grab your attention to that object.
