Alerts for Devices with Multiple CPU's

We were able to find support for Multiple CPU's on Orion NPM, but still the support is limited to Node details page.

How to setup alert if one of the several CPU's belonging to the Node is high. Currently the CPU Load for such nodes is the average of all polled CPU values which means it takes significantly longer to reach threshold values.

For example we have 6500 Series chassis which has anywhere from 7 to 9 CPU's and we are unable to setup alerts for each CPU individually when any of the CPU crosses the threshold value.

I believe this feature added to NPM will be so Helpful. Hope everyone agrees .

We setup perfstack for some devices for this very reason. Not a solution for this request but just an illustration of the need.

Recently we have been having this problem with stack switches where one switch is pegging at 100%, but the average CPU load is only 35%.

This is especially needed in the server monitoring area.... 4 cores at 20% = 80% for some reason, because the application is not accounting for a total of 400% CPU Utilization...

This might also be beneficial in server monitoring. I am thinking of a scenario where some piece of software that is not multi-threaded or can't take advantage of multiple CPUs and just pegs one CPU.
