Add Serial Number to Predefined Technology Templates

It would be great if they could add serial number to the predefined technologies. Add an OID and have it replicate across to all reporting and as part of the hardware widget.

This FR also needs to ensure it includes stacked devices that "look like" a single IP/node and larger tech such as 6500's or Nexus or APICs that have multiple embedded serials for master cards, etc
