Add Does Not Contain option on Dynamic Queries

I am trying to setup dynamic queries but I then noticed that it does the Dynamic Query does not allow a Does Not Contain option -- as shown below:

I believe that adding a Does Not Contain option would be a great improvement.  If you agree, I would very much appreciate your vote.  Thanks!!!
