Access to Node Management Page (/Orion/Nodes/Default.aspx) for accounts with 'Allow Account to Unmanage Objects' only enabled

Currently it seems an account needs 'Node Management Rights' to get to the management page.     *   //ServerName/Orion/Nodes/Default.aspx *

*This page needs to be available to all users with the option 'Allow Account to Unmanage Objects' enabled

It's quite cumbersome to have to click open each node and choose the unmanage option from that specific node page....
