I'd like the ability to have some custom properties set globally for all device types or set for only specific device types. We have about 20 custom fields that we use for server nodes that are not used by switches and routers.
Some device types have no reason to see these extra custom properties and since they are not used by them, it prevents us from setting some of the properties as mandatory. This could be managed through "Edit Custom Property" or a page similar to "Views by Device Type".
