Ability to import nodes with custom properties in a single process.

Requesting the ability to import devices via a CSV with custom property assignment.

We have the ability to bulk add devices with a discovery.

We also have the ability to bulk import custom properties.

However we do not have ability to perform both actions at the same time. This would be a huge time saver.

Say you have new branch offices or sites come up regularly, each with standard equipment assignments.  It would be nice to have the capability to build a simple csv template with all of the custom property fields pre-populated, only requiring the user to provide a hostname and IP address for each of the devices.  Device imports would take a fraction of the time.
