We'd like to see this. A list of down/or impacted devices and right next to the down node we can put in a name or ticket number showing it's being worked. I know we can enter notes when acknowledging alerts but we would really benefit from this feature. Not all users have the same views, but only want to see that a hot item is being addressed at first glance. Management doesn't want to have to click around to find the alert notes. If there was a spot exactly like the mockup picture below our company would be thrilled. Please make it happen. =o)
At my company we already have votes from the entire help desk team if that counts.
