Updated NPM_MulticastRouting_DeleteOrphans database maintenance script for NPM 12.3 or later

An updated NPM_MulticastRouting_DeleteOrphans database maintenance script is available for NPM 12.3 or later. This stored procedure deletes orphaned multicast data in the Orion database; it was optimized to improve performance.

Note: Be sure to run the Configuration Wizard before updating this script.
