Using attached file query i want to generate custom period NPM report as:

Sr No LSI CITY CAPTION SITETYPE IP ADDRESS TOTALDOWNTIME TOTALUPTIME AVG AVAILABILITY.

but got to wrong value in last 3 column.

please help
